What is Coaching?

 

Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. The learner is sometimes called a coachee. There are many different coaching models and, while some coaches choose one specific model and it's methods, many professional coaches, like me, use a combination to help their clients achieve the best possible result.

Why Coaching for Stress Management?

 

Talking about the things that cause you distress won't necessarily reduce the amount of stress. In my experience, for you to reduce the amount of stress you are experiencing you need to have a strategy in place to either eliminate the things causing it, or you need to change your perspective of the things causing the stress. In both cases you will need to learn new skills that enable you to accomplish this. You then need to practice those skills to the point where they become new habits. This process is a journey, and you will find the guidance from a professional coach experienced in working with stress, invaluable.

What does Online Coaching cost?

 

Coaching sessions cost ZAR 1,250 per session. Pay for 5 sessions in advance and get a 10% discount.
