If you want to make any significant changes to your life, you have to first change yourself. One of the key things that may require change is your mindset. There are two types of mindsets, "Fixed" and "Growth".
If you have a “fixed mindset” you assume that your character, intelligence, and creative ability are unchangeable in any meaningful way. You believe that your maximum success is determined by the intelligence you have inherited. Striving for success and avoiding failure at all costs become a way for you to maintain the sense of being "good enough".
If, on the other hand, you have a “growth mindset,” you will thrive on challenges and see any failures as opportunities for growth through learning.
From these two mindsets flow your behavior, your perspective of success and failure in your personal and professional lives, and your ability to experience true happiness.
This Mindset Assessment will help you identify whether you have a Fixed or Growth Mindset.
